Raw Material Selection

We adopt high-quality alloy steel as raw material, with stable chemical composition, high toughness and good wear resistance, which guarantees the basic performance of the track link.

Cutting & Forging

Raw steel bars are cut into fixed sizes by precision cutting machine. Then processed by hot forging under high temperature to make the track link blank. Forging makes the metal structure denser, effectively improving tensile strength and impact resistance.

Precision Machining

After forging and cooling, the blanks are processed by CNC machining: hole drilling, milling, finishing and dimensional calibration. All sizes are strictly controlled to ensure high precision and perfect assembly tolerance for excavator track links.

Heat Treatment

Adopt integral quenching and tempering + surface high-frequency quenching.

The track chain achieves high surface hardness for wear resistance, while keeping the inner core tough to avoid fracture under heavy impact.

Pin & Bushing Matching

Track pin and track bushing are made of professional alloy steel through fine turning and heat treatment. Strict matching clearance ensures flexible rotation, no stuck and long service life for heavy-duty excavator track links applications.

Assembly & Pre-tightening

Track links, pins and bushings are assembled by professional press equipment. After integral pre-tightening and pressure testing, the chain tension is uniform, not easy to loose or deform.

Surface Treatment & Finishing

Remove burrs, rust cleaning and anti-rust oil spraying. Strict quality inspection one by one before packaging, to ensure no defects and stable overall performance of each track link product.
